is about all Champ clubs can afford whilst Prem clubs insist on keeping 2 or 3 squads worth of players on their books including technically gifted youngsters who have no chance whatsoever of breaking into the 1st team on a regular basis but are paid more to play reserve footy and benchwarm than Champ clubs can afford to pay 1st team regulars.

Unfortunately the youngsters would rather do that than play regularly, nothing I can do about it!
