Dear Wrathers

Why am I unable to watch the Virgin media highlights any more? All I get is a screen saying "FIFA09 EA Sports", with a pause button and a scrolling stripy line and a thing saying 00:00/00:00, and a volume control. But NO SODDING VIDEO.

All help will be rewarded by my warm fuzzy gratitude flowing through the ether towards you
