Roeders lack of skill

I don't generally believe that Roeder is a bad manager but he's definately lacking in the man-management department.

I'm sure that the players don't give a s**t about giving him 110%

It seemed like the only player out there today who really wanted it was Lita and I think that's only because he wants to prove Steve Coppell wrong.

If Roeder has lost the dressing room then it's going to keep on going downhill till either him or Delia goes
