Dear oh dear

Note that nowhere does the vendor mention exactly what sort of shares they are, i.e. "A" shares (The ones with the value and voting rights) or "B" shares from the fund-raising issues to the fans.

Also, "non.exec.dir", implying legitimacy and importance. Only implying, of course; anything else could get them into trouble. All I can say about that is - in a rat's arse! It looks like the classic con of making something out to be authentic by careful statement of fact and inviting the bidder to fill in the gaps themselves while implying the goods on sale may actually be of much greater value.

But (IMO), anyone dumb enough to buy shares via Ebay probably deserves to get ripped off. Nasty old cynic, aren't I?!
