Russell Should Start...IMHO...

To coin a phrase, I hope Glenn plays "...four four f**king two..." -he's been a bit fancy with some formations and players positions pre-season, and I am sure a lot of it is just tinkering when you are obviously able to without it making much of a difference.

He seems to be a "one winger" man which would suggest Wes able to wander about and make things happen, leaving the rest of the midfield to be pretty structured. I suggest Fozzy with Russell alongside him and Bell on the right eventually.

Of course, this infatuation with getting a targetman may mean they all resort to HOOOOOF again, there-by pasing over this potentially rather good midfield we might have. But certainly, at present, having Cureton and Lupoli/Martin, whoever, in attack does present us with having to play the sort of football that we are not capable of playing and which clubs in this division will mop up, eat and spit out.

There were signs of some nice pass and move stuff in the first half against Spurs, and not just from them. But, at present, I don't think the team is one thing or the other, which will lead to inconsistency and a potentially disapppointing start.
