what we need to do imo
1, invest in the team, if necessary by selling any land and selling ownership or go bankrupt and start again (hasnt harmed some teams ipswich leicester etc)
2. ship out the not bothered/unhappy players including hux if necessary (this is a 5 year job, no need for someone who is devisive and retiring in a year)
3. buy a new cb who is commanding and a leader
4. get a creative midfielder WHO CAN PASS THE BALL
5. Loan in another striker in the short term
6Ditch the jobs for the boys attitude of the board and get new scouts, youth team coaches and first team coaches WHO ARE PROVEN AT OTHER CLUBS
7. get a chief executive who has a proven track record in FOOTBALL
8.and find out how the hell teams like sc**thorpe, bristol city plymouth colchester etc manage to find better players on less cash and for less cash than us.
