There's something fishy going on

Why are people queuing up to buy a club that has
A) £32 million of debt
B) Doesn't own a ground
c) has crap support (as shown again yesterday 22,000)
D) Can't win away from home (in fact there an embarrassment away from home)

Sorry I just don't understand it
