From what I've seen of Shackell and Marshall they're a lot better than they are currently playing. Taylor's almost certainly yours for as long as you want him and Huckerby is on the top of the hill but is not quite yet over it, not for the next 6 months anyway.

What got me about Grant was that he was constantly berating his players in public, the fruits of that policy can be seen in current performances, they all believe they are rubbish and he's to blame. I do, genuinely, feel for supporters left to take the punishment for inept managers. Christ, I'd even take Dave Bassett over Peter Grant.
