I know this been said before but...............

we really need a couple of leaders on the pitch ,the sort of player who tell others in no un-certain terms when someone is not playing well ,the sort who shout and point and are in your face ,and then encourage you when you are doing well

you know sort of thing " Oi t**t features (Lappin) you let that winger get passed you again 'm going to put my boot right up were the sun don't shine"

When the going gets tough the tough get going ,thats what we need right now
