One of Mel Machin's finest managerial hours. Also, check out Wycombe in 98/9: I remember them producing a miracle escape too. The only time all season in which they were out of the bottom 4 was in the final ten minutes!

5 down in 94/5, of course, because of the Prem reducing to 20. Although we actually finished third bottom, I've always believed we'd have been fine had it been the usual three down rather than four; it was that 19th spot which sucked so many clubs into trouble from Xmas onwards, with us the most gratuitous example.
