The biggest problems........

Our last manager bought players that are very average. They can not hope of playing in the premier or being bought by anyone so there is no lust for the game. Why bother playing to their best when there is only one way they will ever go? No ambition!!!

Huckerby, although a great player has told everyone they are s**te and made everyone annoyed so they are not going to play that well with him.

The board have no money, its as simple as that but who is going to want to invest in a club like ours

We are in a crappy place in the country, I moved here from Worcester and I have to leave an extra couple of hours free for every journey around the country I make these days, no wonder players don't want to come here, plus the fact they have to take a pay cut.

We have a really good manager now but he has the same team, not a lot anyone could do with them!
