why can't we get loan players
it seems that some players are willing to go to clubs on loan ,but not to us ,
My question is after the manager identifies a player he wants who does the talking to the other club is it the ncfc manager or doomcaster
because norwich is not that bad a place to live
someone isn't doing their job
