Basically, it's a site looking for players worldwide - and he's been to South America many times, and found it very easy to communicate via a simple form of English. Plus, he's trying to make the project known to young footballers whose English might (actually, is likely to be) pretty poor. The key is not to alienate anyone, and make it as widely accessible as possible.
