we know:

He is currently working for another club
He is not on the playing staff
It would be a promotion (lower league head coach or an assisstant coach at any level)
He is 28
He wants to become a manager one day
He will have some links to Roeder......
Cant think of any other clues which have been confirmed recently, but we should be able to get it from that.
