Yer ok we don't know who this guy is properly, but one thing is for sure, he has a lot of cash! He's taken over ALL the debt and has made funds available for transfers.
Ok he apparently could just "turn around" and demand Ipswich pay back the 32m or whatever the debt is reduced to, but I don't think Ipswich are that stupid somehow and I seem to think that you guys are obviously just trying to put a negative on this and fair enough, if the boot was on the other foot, I would be doing the same. I'd be pretty pis*ed that out local rivals had just been given 12m to spend on players and had all their debts written off…
But from most town fans point of view, who actually cares?! If he gets us promoted then it works out well for both parties…We get Premierhsip football he gets to make money from his investment.
The only realistic chance of getting out of this divison is investment unless you have one hell of a season and get no injurys etc etc…It's certainly NOT going to be bad having an extra 12m to spend in january…
