An interesting day

Glenn Roeder (I suspect) will fail to win the immediate support of those fans who historically expect the type of heart on sleeve rant which follows every poor refereeing decision, glaring miss or home defeat.

A few pointers for the doubters.

He has performed as both player and manager at the highest level.

He has worked with some of the most challenging, talented and controversial players to play in this country in recent years. They liked him and what he did for them.

Simple really.
