I'd be tempted to give it to Huckerby actually

firstly because the players need a rocket up their arses and he seems the only one willing to speak up and say when something is not good enough and also because Huckerby needs to buck his ideas up, I'd be tempted to take the line of 'ok if you know so much, get out there and bloomin well prove it'.
