I think our Board think that they have made a clever appointment....

Looking round all the various footy sites and message boards, Roeder's appointment has well and truly divided the NCFC support down the middle.

Normally you might expect the majority of opinion to be either fore or against, but on Roeder, it seems to be divided almost equally.

I am assuming that Jewell / Allen etc were ahead of roeder on the board's wish list, but not being able to get either of them, could it be that their next thought was to get the club's supporter's off their backs as much as possible and earn themselves some breathing space? If so, what better way to start than to split the support down the middle - to genuinely divide opinion.

Roeder would definitely not have been in the top three on my wish list, but now we have him, wer'e stuck with him for now and must back him and the players 100%.

My opinion is that he should save us from relegation, but I don't see him as the man to get us back to the Prem.

One thing is for sure, with this appoinment, the board are now in the last chance saloon!!!
