The biggest problem with it

is not his record or his ability as a coach but more the reaction of the fans that has been demonstrated on here today. If we are to get out of this mess we needed a huge confidence boost to bring the fans back onside. show we still have some ambition and get the place buzzing again.

This appointment (like Megson at Bolton) has had the opposite effect.

I hope he proves us all wrong but for me that is the biggest downside to this apointment.
