No, "Mr. Roeder"

What you do is, you take the last word in the name (in this case "Roeder" is the last word in "Glenn Roeder") and put a "Mr." in front of it for men, a "Mrs." for married women, "Miss" for unmarried women and sometimes "Ms." for Lesbians.

It can get complicated when the individual has specific titles or qualifications ("Dr." "Prof." etc), but in this case, "Mr." is correct.

So you can see, "Bean", really doesn't come into it at all.

If his name was "Glenn Bean", then yes, it would be "Mr. Bean".
