The danger of this scenario is that we struggle, Delia and MWJ think what a lovely man Roeder is, and he gets Allen's job. Thankfully, this is less likely given that Smith and Jones are clearly on the way out now, and most of the day-to-day stuff is being done by Doncaster and Shandy.
