Good point was getting the right decision

I totally agree with you that they have taken a long time, but if we appoint the right man (as we should have done 12 months ago), then hopefully it will be well worth the wait.

On the other hand, if we have taken all this time to appoint Pulis, then, in my opinion, its an absolute disgrace.

In summary, the time taken can only be judged on the quality of the manager we employ!
