Great manager with a great eye for young talent. He has signed another unknown talent striker called Leon Clarke who has scored 8 in seven games. He doesnt tick the experience box but he will get the team playing with believe and flowing football. Hopefull if he does come he will bring his assistant Paul Brush.
Sarfend chairman has blocked an approach from Milwall but i beleive he may have a clause in his contract to speak to championship/premiership club from recent new contract.
