If we got Jewell, it MUST be because of the Turners: indeed, you might argue it'd be another O'Neill in the same way MON only agreed to join Villa on the proviso Deadly Doug sold up to Randy Lerner. Jewell can have his pick of clubs, including Premier League ones when they become available: if he joined us, it'd be as clear a sign as you could get that the Turners really mean business.
