can he work on a shoe string? has he ever? no and no. an eye for decent young talent from lower leagues? not particularly. every fan love's us to play good, on the deck football.. something warnock is well renowned for right? lol. he's the best man for you maybe, just not me! all about opinions though isn't it :)
