I would guess that the land will generate whopping gains when we sell it

all the other land the club has bought over the years has done.

And don't we need extra revenue such as that will be provide?

A football club is for life, not just for Christmas.

Why would we take out short term loans for LAND when we could get long-term ones secured on it? If we have maybe it is because we are anticipating selling the land for a profit before the repayment date?
