Independent verification?

I did an article for Soccernet on the sacking of Nigel Worthington and the guy in charge of the club correspondents told me it was excellent.

I am not the finished article (no pun intended) and I don't think I ever will be, but I think my talent is improving. Check out the Soccernet column I did in April when we played Leicester. If you think I'm talentless, then fine, I couldn't care less. But if you wish to judge me, I think it's best you do it on recent work.

I'll happily listen to what people have to say, but I won't listen to any abusive criticism, especially from people who think they know what they're doing. I'll accept constructive criticism and I always take note of that.
