see what he brings to the table. If we were going to go for someone young, why not Ian Crook, Iwan, Penney. At a time of crisis you steady the ship not bring in further inexperience that will compound the problem. The only good thing is that Grant won't take any s**t & a numer of the players will be playing for their future.
