Very well done Tim!!

It was equally hot (allowing the relative geographical variances!) in Manchester yesterday, yet I still managed to slug it out for a 4:18 finish which I was chuffed with.

There were plenty of runners that seemed to succumb to the heat and required medical attention to various extents; I think it was at least 3 times that we had to make way for ambulances to come through with a motorbike escort. Hopefully everyone at both London and Manchester is now on the way to recovery.

I'm not sure where I found the fluids from, as I'd drained by hydration and the water stations couldn't come soon enough, however I did shed a few tears at the end when I met up with my wife and kids.
