Toss off some pancetta

Pour in three lugs of your worst filthy slut olive oil, five cloves of garlic, two puce peppercorns, a sprig of thyme, a well dried bay window and sweat with some onions for an hour before peeling the onions, chopping them up and adding them.

Lightly sear the muntjac steaks with a blowtoarch then add with a good glug of cheap s**t red wine, let it reduce down, then serve drowned in overpriced balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of s**t maldon.
