We're having a conversation about football and we are expressing different opinions.

You believe that four and half years as a coach or manager in the top two divisions is insufficient. I do not.

I would be fascinated to know who you think we could attract who has been at least moderately successful already, is progressive, promises more, but has more experience than O'Neil and would happily come to us.

That field must be incredibly narrow.
