And lets be honest, in recent history our best successes have been under coaches with little or no experience of handling first team matters.

He has a good reputation with Arsenal youth and you're starting to see a lot more head coaches coming in from youth and assitant backgrounds like the guy at Pompey, Birmingham etc.
