I think the JHT experience will help refine what Knapper is looking for, personality wise

but, can't see that there will be any fundamental change to what he's looking for from a coaching / style perspective, or that there is really any need to either.

What JHT was trying to do wasn't fundamentally flawed, he just couldn't get it to work with the players we had / get the players to understand what that was.
