If you look at all our recent mangers/coaches..... ..

the next manager was vastly different.

When we had insider managers (Gunn, Adams) we had outsiders to replace them.

The only time we looked for continuity instead of change was when Lambert left and we brought in Hoots as the squad was pretty decent in the PL.

When a manager fails and get sacked they almost always look for something different to appease the fan base.
