The idea of the project is that the club takes high risk high reward decisions on transfers and I guess managers too. People with potential.

No point going for a safe pair of hands and consolidating our position as midtable cannon fodder, even if that means we win and lose games by the odd goal.

He sacked Wagner, after all. He was a relative safe pair of hands.
