Certainly can't be worse

As a minimum, the players should be motivated and committed every time they play. That would be a reasonable starting point.

Also, although there have been individual errors costing us, it's apparent that the team aren't well organised defensively.

Seems there are some simple improvement available to be made by someone that is a better manager.
