Too much inexperience

We are in this situation due to an excess of inexperience across the club.

Inexperienced owners
Inexperienced sporting director
Inexperienced manager (generally, and in the championship)
Inexperienced squad

In the squad side we have:

19 players who are 24 or under
5 who are 25 - 29
5 who are 30 and over

Clearly that is is a huge imbalance. A good team needs a core of players in that 25 - 29 who are around the peak of their abilities. It is not suprising that group includes Sarge, Nunez and Gunn.

Many of the youngesters are also new to the UK which makes it even more difficult.

It's fine to have a project around developing players but you still need a core of experience. But that also doesn't mean going and signing Ashley Barnes.
