We shouldn’t feel happy that he’s gone or vindicated that we were right and got our way. More than anything I feel sad that a really promising project has gone completely astray. With that being said, there’s no way Thorup could have gone on after recent form. Players completely have blood on their hands. Hopefully the next manager will pick up the ‘project’ where Thorup left it.
