I said he had a pass this season but the last few showings, the tactical confusion, the players not giving a s**t...the results I can forgive in a transition season it's the manner of them.

That said, changing manager is no panacea and those who do it tend not to do well (there are obviously counterexamples, but in general).

But this is a disorganised mess and the players would rather be anywhere than on the pitch in a Norwich shirt. Or that's the impression I'm getting.
