Expecting lighting to strike twice is not a reason to stick with a manager.

If Hoff were an unknown but highly rated manager from League One who has performed the same way this season, I don't believe he would be given so much latitude.

I truly feel he is given way more slack because of what happened under Farke. To Henclrkus rightly said, the circumstances are different this time.
