reading down the board i understand the frustration, but

The Hoff needs more of a chance. He hasnt really had a chance to recruit or train the players the way he needs....its not an instant fix. he wassnt given 5 20mm players to chuck into action, he was given shane duffy, ante crnac and onel. we've had a bunch of lengthy injuries and absences.

We've been s**t in defence for ages, and we lost the set piece dude who rescued us last season.

Need to get over the fact that we dont have the para payments, you need to take that chance to get back up when you have above average players and can hold onto them with decent chance of promotion. Last seasons squad was better than this, but if we recruit 5-6 decent players we have a top 6 squad.

Relax, remember it took farke a season to get everyone programmed into it.
