If we want to grow we need more seats

We might not regularly sellout a 35000 seat stadium but big games would sellout and spare seats open up opportunities to run promotions to encourage the next generation of fans.

Being at or close to capacity is a barrier to growth. The investment might not payoff in the short term but we’d be better off over time.
