i think the key trick to the mobile food truck business is to have a sideline
there's a feller that runs one in a lay-by near us. never used it but drive by it frequently. he shuts up shop at 4 or 4.30 (bungs a "closed" sign up). now i've been driving by at eight o'clock, ten o'clock, even one time at 23.30 hours and he's still there, lights on cars parked up. closed sign still up. i'm not a detective but my money is on he's flogging drugs. hiding in plain sight. crafty.
