Having a ground within the city makes for a completely different experience - and benefits Norwich as a whole. And for all the concourses needing improvement, they'll always be concourses, not luxury hotel lobbies. Tart up the toilets, freshen up the refreshment areas, and extend the City Stand - not much more needed. Maybe knock down the hotel and infill that.
