I think the philosophy is right.

We need young energetic players.

All the pundits like to jump on the fact that its a young team.
Thats fair enough...... if we would not have paid large sums of money for a lot of these players.

If we had no money and was forced to play youth players it would be more understandable.

Looking at the 20 man squad, there were ZERO NCFC academy players unless you count 29 year old Angus Gunn.....
We brought everyone into the club.

Apparently we don't have a striker in the u21s who can give us 20 mins and do a better job than Onel or Duffy.
How is that not absolutely shocking.

Something that caught my attention at the post match presser is Hoff again mentioned about not getting involved in duels.
Hinting we cant compete with the physicality of the Champs.
