Hoff needs to figure out his best 11 and go with it from now till the end of the season

Too many changes from game to game. Need a front 3 of Sainz, Sarge and Jurasek. Kenny, Nunez and Marcondes. Be tempted to go with Stacey, Duffy, Cordoba and Doyle in a back four.

Use the bench to introduce the youngsters.

The team look confused of their roles. Need our most experienced players starting games.
