The summer of 2026 is the North American world cup
So if he leaves us he will want to go somewhere he is almost guaranteed to start every game. Would a top level club gamble on making the top championship striker their number 9? I suppose a mid table serie A or bundesliga team might. The other thing to factor in is his injury record. Who will make us a big offer if they think he’s a bit injury prone. I think he will see out next season with us and move in 2027
