Pleasant afternoon in Tonbridge (Angels 1 Worthing 2)

Plenty still familiar, 25 years after last visit. Even took my old route as went via Crowborough, Penshurst and Flying Dutchman.

New stands behind each goal and 3G pitch but same Long Stand, clubhouse and changing rooms.

Just as frustrating first half as Norwich had, Worthing with all the play but couldn't find the net.

Second half similar for a long while with Tonbridge keeper making a few blinding saves.

Worthing took a deserved lead from Willard, just after he came off the bench but Tonbridge equalised just a couple of minutes later.

New signing, Liam Nash, also came off the bench to grab the winner.

Up to 2nd with 3 games in hand but a very tight National League South.
