Have we ever had a more effective January window?

Obviously no guarantee newbies work out, but still, moved a lot of wages off, got loans for them as needs 'em, got everything we needed (good and affordable strikers in Jan are basically hen's teeth) and importantly doesn't feel like we've overpaid for anyone despite it being Jan.

Suspect Borja's Hawk Tuah moment scuppered any chance of him going (and us then having enough to invest in something else up front).

It'll take the new guys some games to settle, home vs Derby is a good game to get some minutes hopefully in most of them so JHT can properly see what he's working with.
