my tactical approach is based on playing out from the back with the milder cheeses, pivot in the midfield utilising the the dependable skills of cheddar and then, bam! the big lump stilton set through on a digestive biscuit with an assist by the mercurial jet heeled caramelised red onion chutney.

cheeseboard isn't it? marvelous.
